What should I expect in my first coaching session?

A typical coaching session begins with a warm check-in about your current well-being and a discussion about your goals. We might discuss topics such as managing hot flashes, adjusting meal plans for energy, developing a realistic exercise routine, or addressing stress and mood changes. Together, we set short-term goals, explore practical strategies tailored to your daily routines, and review your progress. You will leave each session with clear next steps and continued support designed to help you thrive in midlife. 


To put this into action, each visit ends with a simple question: What small step feels doable for you this week? This guides you to leave with a focused, manageable commitment that builds real momentum toward your health goals.
